Cochrane McGregor appoints new Managing Director
Cochrane McGregor, the leading workplace design and management company are pleased to announce that Bryan Harper has been appointed as sole Managing Director with effect from 1st January 2010. He has previously been acting as joint MD, alongside Andrew Harding, who will hand over the day to day control after 16 years leading the business.
Bryan is a senior property professional, specialising in providing property solutions for businesses faced with the complexities of workplace reorganisation and/or relocation. With a strong commercial background and many years of project management experience, Bryan brings both a keen commercial and highly organised edge to all aspects of workplace design and management.
Commenting on his new role, Bryan said "I am delighted to be taking on this role at an exciting time for Cochrane McGregor and will continue the tradition of strong client focus that has been such a feature of Andrew's tenure as Managing Director".
Andrew Harding will continue on the Board and retain responsibility for key client account management across a wide range of the Cochrane McGregor portfolio.
As Managing Director, Bryan will be responsible for leading and developing the CMA service delivery across a broad portfolio of clients in both the public and private sectors.

Winchester City Council
Winchester City Council has commissioned Cochrane McGregor to undertake a Space Utilisation Study.
Kingston Primary Care Trust
Cochrane McGregor are currently working with Kingston PCT on a number of assignments including developing and implementing the strategy for devolution of commissioning and provider services.
Tooting Walk-In-Centre
Cochrane McGregor was appointed to plan and manage a refurbishment programme of the Tooting Walk-in-Centre and investigate the possibility of expanding into adjoining areas of the building.
The refurbishment work was carried out in phases over 12 months maintaining patient services at all times. Four additional consulting rooms have been provided in the expanded area and all areas were upgraded to meet the latest infection control standards.
Further improvements, both internal and external have been made to the entrance, reception and waiting areas and new coordinated signage installed throughout the Centre.
