Accommodation projects typically represent a substantial investment of both time and money. Consistent, skilful project management from conception through to completion is vital.

We can take on this responsibility for our clients, in order to achieve environments that meet the goals set for function, timing and cost. We have extensive experience of managing the implementation of projects, from replanning a single department to major corporate relocations.

Work normally starts with the preparation of a business case, leading to feasibility studies and an agreement of a business plan. The key activities of agreeing the project brief and preparing the project plan and cost plan then follow. In parallel, we can take a lead in selecting the other members of the project team.

During the implementation phase we actively manage the input of all of the consultants and contractors to ensure the co-ordinated delivery in line with client expectations.

Key to the successful outcome is good and effective communication.  Our PM's will establish a robust communication plan between all the parties and will ensure the exchange of information through verbal and written forms, in a structured manner, thus capturing all of the vital decisions required for a successful project delivery.

Throughout the process good communication – in every direction – is one of the most important prerequisites for a successful outcome. Effective contract management and cost control are also critical.
