Richmond & Twickenham Primary Care Trust has been a Cochrane McGregor client since its formation in 2001.

We had worked with a previous body, Kingston & Richmond Health Commissioning Agency, and when an NHS management reorganisation resulted in the creation of two PCTs – Richmond & Twickenham and Kingston – we were appointed for separate but closely intertwined projects.

The Kingston project involved the reorganisation and partial refurbishment of their building to suit new requirements, as well as the integration of some staff from the local social services department. The Richmond & Twickenham project first involved moving staff into temporary premises. We were then commissioned for the planning and design of fitting out works for a new building.

Since then, we have worked for both Richmond & Twickenham on a range of space planning and change management assignments, including development of new offices, community facilities and a GP surgery.
