Leading financial group UBS has been a Cochrane McGregor client since 2002. Our involvement started with a flexible working feasibility study and has developed through a flow of churn assignments and specific design projects.

We are now a UBS preferred supplier.

Recent work has included:

• Planning and detailed design of a medical suite providing GP consulting rooms, and dental, physiotherapy and occupational health facilities
• Design of a model flexible offices facility for the Facilities Department providing a 'test bed' for products and furniture on trial, as well as an 'experience lab' for the evaluation of new ideas in workplace design, systems, fittings and finishes
• Access audits examining accessibility and service provision across all UBS London premises
• Flexible working feasibility study for Utilities Analysts to provide a work setting based environment
• Design of a Relaxation Suite to provide a range of relaxation facilities and classes
• Design and management of a phased programme of refurbishment to some 30 no-vend areas, and
• A series of 'churn' planning assignments.
